SPRING 2023 TRACK
At the weekly work out sessions on the track, the athletes will learn how to properly warm up their bodies, practice proper running technique and have fun playing games that focus on cardiovascular endurance. During the first 6 sessions, we will prepare the athletes to compete in races, which will take place at the last session on 5/21. Athletes should bring a water bottle with them daily.
